Position Overview:
We seek a highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented Innovation Tools Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be key in managing SFNV’s facility sharing & job platforms, ensuring seamless operations and effective communication with partners. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and impact of the Swiss food ecosystem.
Key responsibilities:
1. Manage SFNV Facility and Job Platforms
- Oversee the operations of SFNV’s facility and job platforms, ensuring smooth functioning and user satisfaction.
- Collaborate with partners:
- Create and post listings on the platforms, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
- Establish and maintain clear communication channels with partners regarding facility and job platform operations.
- Address partner inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Work on project management and engagement plans to enhance platform usability and engagement.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate regular reports on platform usage, performance metrics, and user feedback.
- Analyse data to identify trends, improvement opportunities, and success areas.
- Social Media and Content Creation:
- Assist in crafting engaging social media posts and content related to platform activities and initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of marketing materials and promotional campaigns.
2. Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve facility and job platform operations processes.
- Implement efficient workflows and best practices to enhance platform effectiveness and user experience.
3. Team Support:
- Provide support to the team with their projects and initiatives as needed.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve organisational objectives and milestones.
4. Research:
- Research industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to innovation tools and platforms.
- Stay informed about developments in the food tech and innovation landscape.
Qualifications:
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Desirable: Proven experience in project management, platform administration, or a similar role.
