A healthy lifestyle includes a balanced and varied diet. The Swiss Dietary Recommendations take a holistic approach: the consumption of fresh, healthy foods, an active lifestyle and sustainability. The Swiss Food Pyramid provides a visual aid for the Dietary Recommendations to help consumers put these into practice.

Jan 31st: Event – Future of Farming
In January 2023 Space4Impact will kick-off the second edition of its international acceleration programme for downstream space applications bringing together space startups and strategic partners across industries. The first event on the Future of Farming will be co-hosted with the Swiss Food & Nutrition Valley.
