The BioEM Facility provides a wide range of electron microscopy techniques for life scientists. Integrated into the Centre of Electron Microscopy (CIME), the facility has considerable experience in preparation and imaging methods using transmission and scanning electron microscopes. These techniques include ambient temperature and cryo electron microscopy.
The facility also offers training in a range of techniques from basic sample preparation to more involved immunocytochemistry protocols. Please contact staff members for any further information or advice (see telephone numbers on the right).
