The Attune CytPix is a compact flow cytometer enhanced with a high-speed brightfield imaging camera capable of capturing up to 6,000 images per second directly in the sample stream. By combining traditional fluorescence and scatter data with real-time morphological insights, it allows researchers to visually confirm sample quality, exclude artifacts or doublets, and uncover unique cell subpopulations with unmatched accuracy.
Like Attune NxT, Cytpix is a 4-laser and 14-detector instrument with the same optical configuration, and it uses acoustic-focusing to get fast and reliable acquisition capability.
