GECF short-reads sequencing offering includes both Illumina instruments (NextSeq 500, NovaSeq 6000, MiSeq) and an Aviti instrument from Element Bioscience. We can sequence all types of projects, and prepare libraries for most types of projects (RNA-seq, ChIP-seq, WGS, WES, HiC, 16S, metagenomics…). Our price list, including a non-exhaustive panel of our library prep and sequencing services, is available here (inquire for missing services).
