Plate-seq (fSight, iDot, cWash)

We are currently implementing a f.sight/i.dot/c.wash pipeline for automated scRNA-seq in plates (96w or 384w). This will serve when the 10XG/Parse/Scale methods are not applicable: when cells are too scarce, or when sensitivity is crucial, or when custom methods are needed due to absence in others suppliers portfolio.

This consists of a cell dispenser specialized in gentle deposition of single cell in center of 384-well V-shaped wells (f.sight), a nanovolume dispenser (i.dot) and an automated washer (c.wash). This service will be largely open-access, but we plan to offer a few well-established methods such as FLASH-seq scRNA-seq.

The instruments can be booked through PPMS after a training.
