The Cellcyte X is an in-incubator live-cell microscope that allows for
- timelapse imaging of cells and 3D models, such as organoids
- bright field transmitted light and 3-color epi-fluorescence (blue, green, red)
- 4x or 10x magnification
- up to 6 culture vessels simultaneously
- in a CO2 and O2 controlled incubator for hypoxia control
The built-in software allows for:
- in-situ measurement of cell confluency and organoid growth during timelapse
- design of plate experiment layouts for easy and rapid analysis
- remote monitoring of your experiment
The Cellcyte X offers a simple solution for experiment optimization.
As such, it complements the more advanced capabilities found in our Zeiss Cell Discoverer 7 (CD7) high-throughput high-content confocal micrscope. The latter offers high resolution epi-fluorescence and confocal timelapse imaging for larger screening experiments or experiments with more demanding imaging modalities, including 3D imaging.
