Swiss Federal Offices Day 2024

On October 7, the Swiss Federal Offices Day brought together 240 participants from over 20 institutions across Switzerland, including representatives from 14 Federal Offices and the State Secretariat for Education, Research, and Innovation (SERI).

Attendees engaged in lively discussions, exploring the diverse mandates, strategies, and research priorities of the Federal Offices. EPFL shared testimonials on collaborative projects with these offices, highlighting the range of research funding instruments available.

With over 70 matchmaking sessions and various stands and posters, the event facilitated numerous exchanges, paving the way for future potential collaboration and aligning common research interests between Swiss research institutions and Federal Offices.
