ENAC-IT

IT Support Mission
. Provide local IT support to ENAC staff and units.
. Support the EPFL IT services in collaboration with the DSI.
. Manage and maintain the shared IT infrastructure, teaching rooms and collective peripherals of ENAC school.
. Coordinate issues of information systems, compliance and IT security between the DSI and the units.
. Supervise and train ENAC’s IT apprentices and trainees.
IT4Research Mission
. Run a Data help desk answering any questions related to data and code, or connecting to relevant resources on campus and beyond.
. Offer tailored Advanced services, to support researchers with their data pipelines throughout the research data lifecycle.
. Foster open science practices in the context of EPFL strategy.
