Sustainability is a key aspect to consider in the design of structures and in particular precast concrete structures. Of the three pillars of sustainability, the environmental pillar is a key aspect. As part of environmental assessments, it is now very important to evaluate the CO2 produced during the construction of the structure, but also throughout its life cycle, during the use and dismantling phases.
This project will assess the CO2 produced in prefabricated structures.
An example of a real calculation will be implemented after the analysis.
The aim of this master’s project is to analyse the different approaches to the design of precast concrete structures. The aim is to verify in which cases it would be more interesting to use the different reinforcement techniques available today and to draw conclusions from the analysis.
A real calculation example will be implemented after the analysis.
The aim of this master’s project is to analyse the differences in the design of reinforcement in precast concrete structures using standard reinforcement or concrete with fibres. The aim will be to verify in which cases it would be more advantageous to use standard reinforcement or fibres and to draw conclusions from the analysis.
A real calculation example will be used after the analysis
