Forma Urbis: Archaeology, anthropology, and construction

Over the course of the week, students will work on a collective work on the permanence of the ancient city, integrating the specific contributions of their respective disciplines. Questions relating to the emergence of “fragments” of the ancient city will be explored through a dialectical approach, bringing together history, archaeology, anthropology, construction, photography and architectural design.

Accommodation, materials, local transportation and tickets for visits are provided by the school, while students are responsible for their own transport from Lausanne to Naples, Italy.
