Territory and society

The territory as an essential object of study in any dynamic of transformation of our environment is approached within the institute according to two main axes: the dimensions of the urban, with its social and economic components, and the systems of transport. As privileged meeting places for social science, urban planning and architecture, the laboratories involved in this problematic sphere offer a teaching strongly linked to research activities and to multi and transdisciplinary practice.
