IT Support and Services of the IC School

Our mission is to provide high-performance and high-quality IT services to support the activities of our users: education, research, and innovation. We are committed to delivering first-rate, human-centered support directly linked to the needs of our collaborators and IC-CDM-CDH students, ensuring that our solutions meet their specific requirements.

Within the complexity of EPFL’s various IT services, we serve as the primary point of contact for any questions related to information technology, offering local expertise in infrastructures, clusters, cloud, and IT services. We coordinate collaborations between EPFL IT services to meet the needs of our users.

We are dedicated to developing and researching best-in-class solutions and services, always seeking efficient, innovative, and secure solutions that maximize the resources available for user missions. Given our close involvement in IC faculty IT research, we are creative in enabling and supporting the initial operational deployments of innovative products from our laboratories.
