This email contains some useful information about the exam session that will begin on 21 June. We will send you another email, at a later date, with details about the start of the next academic year.
Help desk
We have set up a special help desk for those of you who run into equipment problems during the exam session (such as a locked room, broken projector or lights that don’t turn on, etc.). Simply call 1234 at any time between 7:30am and 6pm, Monday to Friday, and the problem will be resolved as quickly as possible.
You may also wish to consult the Quickstart guides on setting up online oral exams and setting up take-home exams.
Exam report
When you enter grades into IS-Academia , don’t forget that you also need to fill in an exam report (number of students enrolled and number actually present , etc.) and attach the exam questions, the marking scheme and, if possible, the corresponding answers .
