SV.1.717
SV.1.717 is the conference room for events of more than 50 people, up to 120. Equipped with a complete audio conferencing system, this room is ideal for both physical and hybrid events.
It is possible to display remote participants’ cameras directly in the room through an additional 90-inch large screen. For your participants, two cameras are positioned to frame the podium and the audience, allowing for sharing of the in-room experience with remote participants.
In terms of microphones, the room is equipped with a powerful lectern microphone, allowing you to move around it while being heard (approximately up to 2 meters). In addition, two lapel microphones are available for speakers, as well as two handheld microphones that can be passed around for questions, for example.

Note:
For events with up to 50 people, please use room AI.1.153. Regular events must also have a minimum of 50 people. Consumption of fast food such as sandwiches and bowls is allowed in this room. SV.3.510 is the Dean’s meeting room, but its use is available upon confirmation for all faculty members (not available for lab meetings).
The room is accessible without a Camipro card for external users and is equipped with the Cisco video conferencing system.

The room is equipped with a mobile audiovisual solution similar to the other systems in the faculty’s rooms. This makes the room usable for various physical and hybrid scenarios: training, conferences, meetings.
Two microphones are placed in the room to provide good sound quality from both the presenter’s podium and the audience.
The camera bar is equipped with a tracking system that will automatically frame the person or people speaking.
However, its proximity to the laboratories makes it a difficult room to access for external people without Camipro access.
