Diversity is essential to achieve excellence in research, education and innovation.

The main objective of the SV Diversity Office is to ensure an environment where everyone can thrive and live up to their full potential, regardless of their gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, or other personal characteristics. Diversity is essential to a healthy working environment and to attract the best talents.

Our committee is constituted of representatives from PhD students, post-docs, staff scientists and group leaders. We are coordinating our actions on diversity with other schools and with the Vice-Presidency for Responsible Transformation.
