An online form is now available to request temporary workspace to meet occasional needs.
If your activities temporarily require adjustments to your current lab or office allocations (e.g., additional projects, hosting visitors, or additional funding), temporary workspaces can be requested to Ms. Laurence Winkel through the online form. The SV Space Management Committee (composed of the Institute Directors and the Dean) will review all applications for additional workspace during their monthly meetings.
To submit a request, please complete the form below, providing details on the context, the required surface area, and the estimated duration of the need. Ms. Laurence Winkel is also available to provide further information if needed.
