The SV Workshop team provides a 24-hour on-call service for the following alarm-controlled equipment:
- Freezers and liquid nitrogen tanks in cryogenic rooms AI 0123, AI 0223, AI 9134 and SV 1621;
- SV Store freezers and refrigerators;
- Solution Preparation Facility freezers and refrigerators in room SV 1619;
- Autoclaves of the BSL3 laboratories of FSV and CAV.
In the event of a malfunction of one of these equipment, the person on duty will ensure the preservation of the biological material by repairing or transferring the samples to a back-up device within one hour. Concerned users are informed as soon as possible of the measures taken.
Emergency -20°C and -80°C freezers are locates in rooms AI 0223, AI 0123 and SV 1621.
